Miral, the leading creator of immersive destinations and experiences in Abu Dhabi, in collaboration with SeaWorld® Yas Island, Abu Dhabi, the Yas SeaWorld Research & Rescue Center and SEHA, visited the paediatric clinics of Sheikh Khalifa Medical City (SKMC) to bring joy and educational discovery to 100 children in the outpatient clinic as part of its “Miral Cheering Squad: A SeaWorld Experience” initiative.
The heartwarming event, meant to transform the hospital environment into a vibrant space of excitement and wonder, centered around “What’s Beneath the Surface: Arabian Gulf”, for children to engage in immersive ocean-inspired activities. Highlights included searching and uncovering the different types of shark teeth in a kiddie pool filled with sand and mock seagrass to learn about the different shark species in the Arabian Gulf, as well as a special visit from SeaWorld Abu Dhabi’s beloved live character, Sakina the dugong, who spread cheer and created a magical atmosphere for the young patients. Each child received a special shark-themed souvenir and gifts to leave a lasting sense of joyful discovery.

Aligned with the UAE’s Year of Community 2025, this initiative falls under Miral’s CSR pillar of education, reaffirming its dedication to enriching lives and making a difference in the community.
