Daniel Wills
Executive Director of Project Delivery
Daniel Wills is the Executive Director of Project Delivery, responsible for directing the execution of major developments across Miral’s portfolio of attractions. With over two decades of experience delivering complex projects from early feasibility through construction and handover, Daniel brings extensive technical and managerial expertise spanning attractions, theme parks, hospitality assets, infrastructure, and large-scale urban development.
Since joining Miral in 2013, Daniel has overseen the successful completion of several of Yas Island’s most iconic theme parks, including SeaWorld® Yas Island, Abu Dhabi, Warner Bros. World™ Yas Island, Abu Dhabi, Yas Waterworld™ Yas Island, Abu Dhabi and its recent expansion; and the Esports Arena at Ferrari World™ Yas Island, Abu Dhabi. He currently oversees Miral’s expansion projects at Ferrari World™ and Warner Bros. World™. Daniel’s leadership strengthens coordination across multidisciplinary teams, ensuring every project progresses efficiently and is delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and performance.
Prior to joining Miral, Daniel held project delivery and engineering leadership roles across Australia, the United Kingdom, and the UAE, working with organisations such as VicRoads, Mouchel (currently WSP), and KBR. Across these roles, he managed design and construction teams and delivered major transport, infrastructure, and destination development projects, including early works on Yas Island and large-scale mobility and regeneration programmes in London.
Daniel holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Honours) and a Bachelor’s degree in Geology/Earth Science from the University of Melbourne.
